Sterling real estate sales continued strong trends in the third quarter, with signs of normal season declines showing up, according to information from IRES, a MLS system. Andrew Pickens, market analyst for Logan County Board of REALTORS, reports there were 68 sales in the third quarter, which is an 11.5% increase from the same quarter in 2019, and total sales volume was $14,191,980, a 19.8% increase from the same quarter in 2019.
