WHY: REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training within two-year cycles. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.

CLASS POLICIES: You must cancel 24 hours in advance to receive a refund less $10 in service fees. An additional fee of $10 will be charged at the door for those not previously registered for the class. If you choose to transfer to another class, you will be charged a $10 transfer fee.

We are proud to announce we are going paperless! Moving forward, all course materials (if any) will be provided to you electronically the day before class at which time registration for the class will close. We encourage you to bring a digital copy with you, or print the materials in advance.
DMAR PARKING POLICY: For your convenience please park in the parking lot on the West side of the building and enter through the West doors. After entering we are the first office on the right.
