2023 Inaugural Installation Press Release

The annual DMAR inaugural formally installed newly elected Chair of the Board Jessica Reinhardt and Board of Directors for the 2022-2023 term.

The Denver Metro Association of Realtors® (DMAR), has announced its newly-elected President of the Board, Jen Routon. The inaugural installation, sporting the theme “Unity in Purpose, Strength in Association,” took place on November 8, in a private event at the Lone Tree Golf Course & Hotel.

“It’s an honor to take on this role, and I am grateful for the leadership Jessica Reinhardt exhibited as this past year’s President,” said Jen Routon, 2023-2024 President of the DMAR Board of Directors. “It’s such a pivotal time in real estate and I look forward to elevating the value of Realtors® for buyers and sellers across the Denver Metro area.” 

“We are proud to see Jen represent our Association as the new President,” said Brendan Bailey, CEO of DMAR. “She is highly respected in the real estate community for her ethical work, commitment and consistent advocacy and has long been an integral voice in the DMAR community.” 

Bailey adds, “We are also fortunate to welcome our wonderful new board of real estate professionals who will further our mission of growing and evolving as a leading Realtor® Association. Through their contributions, we will be able to attain our goal of always serving the needs of our members and community.” 

As the newly-installed 2023-2024 President of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors®, Jen’s role with DMAR will combine her passion for serving clients as a Realtor® with her love of giving back to her community. She is a dedicated and experienced real estate professional who is passionate about helping individuals find their perfect home. With over 16 years of experience in the Denver Metro real estate market, Jen has honed her skills and gained an in-depth understanding of the local market dynamics.

Jen specializes in working with buyers and sellers throughout the Denver Metro area, catering to all clients, from those seeking starter condos to those pursuing luxury homes. Her comprehensive knowledge and strategic approach allow her clients to navigate the real estate market and achieve their goals.
