Denver Metro Association of Realtors® Names Brothers Redevelopment as 2026 DMAR Gives Grant Recipient

The grant will support affordable, accessible housing services for older adults, people with disabilities, and income-qualified households across Colorado

Denver Metro Association of Realtors® (DMAR), an organization comprised of over 6,000 real estate professionals and The Voice of Real Estate® in the Denver Metro area, is proud to announce Brothers Redevelopment as the 2026 grant recipients of its charitable foundation, DMAR Gives

Following the Fall 2025 application cycle, DMAR Gives is awarding a single grant of $5,000 to Brothers Redevelopment. The organization was selected for its commitment to affordable and accessible housing solutions and its broad range of housing support services for multiple demographics, including older adults, people with disabilities, and low-income communities.

Why Brothers Redevelopment Was Selected

“DMAR Gives exists to back real housing solutions, and Brothers Redevelopment delivers exactly that,” said Kathryn Tighe, Chair of DMAR Gives. “From home repairs and accessibility modifications to guidance for renters and homebuyers, their work helps Coloradans stay safely housed and move forward with dignity.”

Brothers Redevelopment provides a range of housing-focused programs, including support for renters and prospective homebuyers, as well as home modification and repair services that help improve safety and accessibility for eligible residents.

“For many of the households we serve, a safe, accessible home can mean the difference between stability and displacement,” said XXX at Brothers Redevelopment. “This grant from DMAR Gives helps us continue providing housing services that allow people to live more safely, independently, and securely.”

2026 Partnership Plans: Community Engagement

In addition to the grant, DMAR Gives and Brothers Redevelopment will partner throughout 2026 to share Brothers Redevelopment’s mission with DMAR’s Realtor® community. Planned collaboration includes member-facing storytelling and engagement opportunities, as well as a chili cook-off fundraiser in partnership with Brothers Redevelopment.

“We want our members to see where their support goes, and to meet the people and organizations creating change,” said Nick Papantonakis, Vice-Chair of DMAR Gives. “This partnership with Brothers Redevelopment brings that impact to life through storytelling, volunteer-style engagement opportunities, and events like our chili cook-off fundraiser.”

Future Funding Opportunities

The next DMAR Gives grant cycle is expected to open in late fall 2026 for 2027 funding; timing may shift as DMAR Gives evaluates potential updates to its focus and mission.

DMAR Gives was established in 2022 to support housing stability, disaster relief, and homeownership access, and is housed within the Colorado Association of Realtors® Foundation.
