Deadline Approaching: Final days to apply for DMAR Gives funding 

Just a few days left for eligible non-profits to apply for grant funding from our new social responsibility program, DMAR Gives.

DMAR Gives provides funding to programs that improve the quality of life for Coloradans and create a path towards stable housing and homeownership, as well as housing-related disaster relief in the communities where our members live and work... and we're looking for eligible non-profits to provide funding to!

Denver’s real estate market could balance out for the first time in 16 years

As the Denver real estate market continues to evolve and change with the weather, the question on everyone’s mind is whether or not we are in a buyer’s market. Traditionally, a market with less than three months of inventory is considered a seller’s market. In direct relation to that, a market with more than six months of inventory is considered a buyer’s market, which means that three to six months of inventory is defined as a balanced market. Read More
