SentriGuard Lockbox Pricing Update | Effective April 1, 2026
We’re sharing an important update regarding SentriGuard lockbox pricing that will take effect this spring. Beginning April 1, 2026, the price of the SentriGuard lockbox from SentriLock, LLC will increase from $106 to $109.
Why the Change?
This modest adjustment reflects ongoing inflationary pressures and rising raw material, manufacturing, and logistics costs. While these external factors continue to impact production, SentriLock has worked to minimize the impact to real estate professionals by:

- Absorbing costs internally whenever possible
This $3 increase represents the minimum necessary adjustment to maintain the quality, security, and service members rely on every day.
