Log in to update your contact details, payment history and CE records.
Note: If you change offices, please email our Membership Team to update your record.
All updates are shared with the Colorado Association of Realtors® (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), but not with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) or REcolorado. Be sure to update them separately. Need help? Contact us at membership@dmarealtors.com.

Helpful tip: Set up AutoPay under the “Autopay & Billing” tab for hassle-free payments.
Can I pay my dues in installments?

How do I change or remove my RPAC contribution on my dues bill?
Log into the Member Center > “My Billing Info” > “Make Payment” to view your invoice. Check or uncheck the Voluntary Fee box for RPAC.
To request a refund, call the Colorado Association of Realtors® at 303-790-7099 and have your dues receipt ready.

How do I sign up for the MLS, and does it cover areas outside Denver?
REcolorado is the MLS service for the Denver metro area. To join, visit recolorado.com, click “Join” (top right), and explore membership categories, tools and fees.
Does my managing broker have to be a DMAR member for me to join?
Yes. Your managing broker must hold primary or secondary membership with DMAR.
- If they’re primary at another local Realtor® Association, they can join DMAR as a secondary member (secondary dues are waived if they bring a new primary Realtor® to DMAR).
- If they’re primary outside the metro area, they may join DMAR by paying an application fee and local dues.
How do I get a good-standing letter to join another association?
Email membership@dmarealtors.com and we’ll send you the letter.
Is Realtor® membership mandatory?
No. However, in all-Realtor® firms, managing brokers may require all associates to join. Under NAR’s dues formula, the managing broker’s dues are based on the number of licensees in the firm minus those who join as Realtor® members.
What is an Industry Partner membership, and what are the benefits?
Industry Partner (Affiliate) members represent businesses related to real estate (e.g., title companies, lenders, home services).

- Sponsorship and branding opportunities
