WHY: Since marijuana legalization, there is a burgeoning trend of residential-based grow operations. State marijuana law does not restrict home-based marijuana production. There are few local ordinances limiting plant counts in residential grows. Consequently, there are increasing numbers of large-scale marijuana grows in residential communities throughout the state. This presentation is a must see for real estate attorneys, real estate brokers, HOA board members, community association managers, and homeowners.

Parking Notice:
DMAR visitors are allowed to park anywhere in the covered garage parking lot. Please do not park in the 2-hour visitor parking spots. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Class Cancellation Policy:
A full refund or credit will be issued to the student if the class is canceled by the Association or if the student cancels registration three (3) business days in advance of the scheduled class. Cancellation less than 3 business days in advance will result in a 50% refund or credit of tuition. No credit or refund will be issued if a student fails to appear for the class and/or fails to cancel before the day of the class. Credits must be used within 90 days of issue.
