WHY: Condominiums represent a high percentage of transactions in the Denver metro Area. But what financing options are available can be hard for a real estate agent to find. This class focuses on showing real estate agents how to properly research available financing options prior to listing a home or taking a buyer to view condo properties. By learning how to properly identify homes that fit a borrowers financing options or select contracts that have the ability to get financing as outlined in the contract compared to what is allowed in a condo complex, we can assure that consumers are being better served.
