REcolorado®, Information and Real Estate Services, LLC, and Pikes Peak REALTOR® Services Corp. Announce Data-Sharing Partnership
Data-sharing solution through RPR makes real estate listings available to Colorado REALTORS®
GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO – January 20, 2020 – REcolorado®, Colorado’s largest multiple listing service (MLS) and the provider of the home search site REcolorado.com, today announced in a joint statement with Information and Real Estate Services, LLC (IRES) and Pikes Peak REALTOR® Services Corp. (PPRSC) an agreement to share MLS listing data using REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR.)
Combined, the three Colorado MLS organizations serve approximately 37,000 real estate brokers in Colorado. The agreement will give the organizations’ REALTOR® members access to active, pending, withdrawn, expired and closed listings on the Colorado front range. Data will be available to the three MLS orgainzations’ REALTOR® members starting today.
