Coming Soon Period Returning to Seven Days

Update: The extension to the Coming Soon period will end on November 2, 2020. Listings may remain in Coming Soon status for up to 7 days.

To allow brokers to test the uncertain market conditions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, the Coming Soon period was temporarily extended from 7 days to 14 days with the intent that it would be reverted as market conditions improved. Now that the housing market has stabilized, and inventory is low, the extension will be removed effective November 2, 2020.

When you submit a listing as Coming Soon, you can select an Activation Date within 7 days to help input listings at your pace. If no date is entered, the Activation Date will automatically be set to seven days from when the listing is first submitted to Coming Soon status. The listing will automatically move to Active status on the Activation Date, unless you choose to make it Active before the Coming Soon period ends.

If you have any questions about this change or how it could affect your listing, contact support@REcolorado.com.
