DMAR Virtual Presentation Hosted by Euan Graham
As some of you know, we were planning on holding a live town hall meeting on April 9th but after the April 6th memo from the Colorado Association of REALTORS® regarding the "Stay at Home Order and Essential Services Interpretation,” we wanted to wait until we had further clarification in order to provide something of true value for our members.
On April 9th, we all received much-needed clarification from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) in a bulletin to members, our Chairman of the Board, Euan Graham, hosted and recorded a special virtual presentation in place of our previously scheduled live meeting. The recorded presentation features Nicole Rueth, Producing Branch Manager of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp and Exclusive Annual Sponsorship Partner of the DMAR Market Trends Report, who provided an excellent financial and economic analysis including an overview of unemployment rates, the CARES Act, loan forbearance, consumer activity and more.
