15 Years of Moving Real Estate Forward

On August 11, the Denver Metro Association of Realtors® (DMAR) proudly celebrates 15 years of serving the real estate professionals who help shape our communities every day.

For 15 years, DMAR has been more than an association. We've been a place to connect, learn, lead and advocate for the real estate industry. We've celebrated successes, navigated challenges and embraced change alongside our members, all with one goal in mind: helping Realtors® thrive.

Since DMAR was established in 2011, the real estate industry has evolved in remarkable ways. The market has experienced historic highs and unexpected shifts. Technology has transformed nearly every aspect of the business, from digital signatures and virtual tours to mobile MLS access and, more recently, artificial intelligence. Consumer expectations have changed, regulations have evolved and the pace of business has never been faster.

Through every market cycle and every innovation, one thing has remained constant: the value of a strong professional community.

Over the past 15 years, thousands of Realtors® have turned to DMAR for education, advocacy, networking, market insights and the resources needed to better serve their clients. Whether earning continuing education credits, volunteering on a committee, attending an event, building lifelong professional relationships or staying informed on issues impacting real estate, our members have shaped who we are.

Our success has always been driven by the people behind the organization.
