DMAR Announces 2025-2026 President of the Board of Directors and Board of Directors

The DMAR Inaugural formally installed newly-elected President of the Board, Lisa Nguyen, and multiple new Board of Directors and Industry Partners for the 2025-2026 term.

The Denver Metro Association of Realtors® (DMAR), announced its newly-elected President of the Board, Lisa Nguyen, along with the 2025-2026 Board of Directors and Industry Partners, during its 14th Annual Inaugural Celebration held on October 30th at Empower Field at Mile High.

Themed “Step into the Roaring Twenties,” this year’s Inaugural was more than an installation, it was a night to honor the legacy of DMAR’s past presidents, celebrate 14 incredible years of collective impact, and step boldly into the future of Denver real estate leadership.

“It’s an honor to represent an organization that has consistently championed professionalism, advocacy, and community,” said Lisa Nguyen, 2025-2026 President of the DMAR Board of Directors. “As we move into this next chapter, my focus will be on empowering Realtors® to lead with integrity, strengthen diversity within our industry, and help more Coloradans achieve the dream of homeownership.”

“Lisa brings an unmatched energy and dedication to both her clients and her colleagues,” said Brendan Bailey, CEO of DMAR. “Her leadership will continue to push our association forward at a time when innovation, collaboration, and advocacy are needed more than ever.”

Bailey added, “The Inaugural event is a celebration of our members: those who give their time, talent, and heart to make DMAR one of the strongest Realtor® associations in the country. This year’s celebration perfectly captured that spirit.”

As the newly-installed 2025-2026 President, Lisa Nguyen is a proud Colorado native who obtained her real estate license in 2005.
