Quarterly Member Report | 2025 Q4

As we closed out 2025, Q4 showcased the strength, passion and purpose of our DMAR community. From advocacy victories and leadership development to major fundraising milestones and fresh opportunities for members to connect, learn and grow. We continued to elevate the impact Realtors® have across the Denver Metro region.

DMAR Q4 2025 Highlights: Advocacy, Appreciation & Amplifying Realtor® Voices

As we closed out 2025, Q4 showcased the strength, passion and purpose of our DMAR community. From advocacy victories and leadership development to major fundraising milestones and fresh opportunities for members to connect, learn and grow. We continued to elevate the impact Realtors® have across the Denver Metro region.

Quarter Highlights

OCTOBER

  • From October 1–30, REcolorado matched all donations to DMAR Gives, helping us raise more than $15,000 to support housing-related nonprofits in our region.
  • We welcomed five new Directors to the DMAR Board: Derek Camunez, Nick DiPasquale, Christine Dupont-Patz, Kelsea Imanuel and Shantell Quintanar.
  • DMAR’s Government Affairs Committee hosted a Schools, Housing & Growth Panel on October 7th, exploring how enrollment trends, community development and housing challenges are shaping the market.
  • A crowd-favorite event, YPN’s Horror Stories of Real Estate, returned on October 23rd with a thrilling night of creepy closings, terrifying transactions and haunted houses, plus networking with a spooky twist!
  • Congratulations to DMAR Member Lindsey Benton, recipient of the DEI Award from the Colorado Association of Realtors® (CAR).
  • The DMAR Inaugural was a roaring 1920s-themed celebration to install our 2025-2026 President, Lisa Nguyen, and the incoming Board of Directors. We also proudly recognized the first graduating class of the DMAR Leadership Academy — six standout leaders ready to elevate our industry.

NOVEMBER

  • November was all about advocacy and impact!
  • We kicked off our “Hop on I-25” Fair Share Campaign, a month-long initiative to spotlight advocacy successes and inspire members to invest in the future of our industry.
  • Of the 18 candidates DMAR endorsed, 15 won their races, an 83.3% success rate! Plus, the Vibrant Denver Bond Initiative passed, supporting community improvements without new taxes.
  • Our first-ever Fall Forward: Realtor® Innovation Summit on November 19 was a major success! An entirely FREE full day of expert-led sessions on how to not only survive, but thrive, in a shifting real estate market—a true example of the powerful professional advantages of DMAR membership.
  • Members Nick DiPasquale and Sarah Futa were selected for the 2026 CAR Leadership Academy — shaping the future of Realtor® leadership in Colorado.
  • Hosted by our Industry Partners Committee, our Chili Cookoff for a Cause raised $1,500 for DMAR Gives and collected canned goods to support families served by our 2025 partner, Family Tree.

DECEMBER

  • We wrapped the year with education, celebration and exciting momentum for 2026.
  • Members received the latest updates from the Colorado Real Estate Commission, including compliance changes and what they mean for our industry, followed by a valuable audience Q&A on December 10th with a special presentation by Marcia Waters.
  • YPN held their annual Holiday Pop-Up Party on December 11, a refreshed take on our annual holiday celebration featuring local shopping, seasonal cheer, community giving and 1 FREE CE credit taught by Michele Beeson on smarter borrowing strategies.
  • Our Industry Partners hosted an exclusive 2026 business planning session with Nobu Hata on December 17, where members learned to create a clear, confident and strategic foundation for the year ahead.
  • Submissions officially opened for the 2026 Excellence Awards, honoring the best in Denver-area real estate.
  • DMAR Director and 8z Real Estate CEO Ryan Carter was recognized by ColoradoBiz Magazine with a C-Level Award, celebrating standout executives driving business excellence. We’re proud to have his leadership within our Association.
