Meet the 2026 DMAR Board of Directors Candidate Slate

Your voice matters in shaping the future of DMAR. We encourage all eligible members to take time to learn about the candidates before voting. Join us August 27 for the Membership Town Hall & Candidate Forum to hear from the candidates and learn more about their perspectives on the future of DMAR. Then, beginning September 1, cast your ballot online. Voting closes at 12:00 PM on September 30, 2026.

DMAR’s 2026 Board of Directors election is just around the corner, and we’re pleased to introduce this year’s candidate slate. Four DMAR Director positions and one NAR Director position are open for election. Successful candidates will serve a three-year term from 2026–2029, with service beginning December 1, 2026.

Voting will open online September 1 and close at 12:00 PM on September 30, 2026. All DMAR members are eligible to vote. You’ll need your NRDS/M1 number to access the ballot.

Before casting your vote, we encourage you to learn more about each candidate, their experience and their vision for the future of our Association. You can also hear directly from the candidates at our Membership Town Hall & Candidate Forum on August 27.

NAR Director Candidate

Milford Adams
31 years as a Realtor® | 18 years as a DMAR member | 31 years licensed

Milford Adams brings more than three decades of experience in real estate and organizational leadership. His professional background includes working with Fortune 500 companies to build effective teams, develop solutions and turn ideas into actionable results. His community and leadership experience includes serving on the Denver Mayor’s Task Force for Affordable Housing, as a Denver Housing Authority Director, and as a founder and board director for credit unions. He has also served with organizations including the National Credit Union Administration, Denver Rescue Mission and Building Community Churches. Adams has been actively involved at the local, state and national levels through committees, work groups, association meetings, classes and events, as well as political and community engagement. He says his focus as a leader is on measurable action, member engagement and finding ways to strengthen and grow the Realtor® community.

DMAR Director Candidates

John Chapman
8 years as a Realtor® | 8 years as a DMAR member | 8 years licensed

John Chapman currently serves as a DMAR Director for the 2024-2026 term and has been involved in a number of Association committees and initiatives. His DMAR service includes the Member Benefits Task Force, Audit, Finance & Investment Committee, Bylaws & Policy Committee, Strategic Planning Task Force and the 2025 Officer Nominating Committee. After serving on the Board for the past three years, Chapman says he brings an understanding of DMAR’s current strengths and weaknesses, as well as a perspective on where the organization can go next.

Tyler L'archevesque
13 years licensed | 6 years as a Realtor® | DMAR member throughout his career

A Colorado native, Tyler L'archevesque has been a licensed Colorado Realtor® for 13 years and currently serves as the Managing Broker of Engel & Völkers Denver, overseeing approximately 55 agents across offices in Denver, Breckenridge and Telluride. His career includes experience with Coldwell Banker and LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, giving him a broad perspective on the Colorado real estate market and the professionals working within it. L'archevesque says serving as a DMAR Director has been a long-standing goal. He hopes to bring the perspective of agents and brokers across Colorado to the Board and contribute to the continued growth and strength of the industry.

Tamara Morran
22 years as a Realtor® | 22 years as a DMAR member | 22 years licensed

Tamara Morran brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate, including serving as a Managing and Employing Broker, DORA-approved instructor, mentor and agent advocate. Her experience spans agent education, advocacy, compliance, financial management, business and strategic planning, and curriculum development. Morran says her background allows her to view issues from multiple perspectives, including those of employing brokers, compliance professionals and individual agents.
