7 DMAR Members Graduate from Distinguished Leadership Academy

CAR announced the graduation of 16 REALTORS® from its 2019 Leadership Academy program. Of these 16, seven are members of DMAR.

The Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR) announced the graduation of 16 REALTORS® from its 2019 Leadership Academy program. The Leadership Academy is an exclusive four-month training and development program designed to nurture future Colorado REALTOR® leaders through in-depth industry and association knowledge. 

Of these 16, seven are members of DMAR:

  • Jennifer Brink
  • Joseph Dominguez
  • Declan O'Donnell II
  • Jessica Reinhardt
  • Brian Urdiales
  • Tammy Wittkop
  • Alison Zuckert

Working with CAR staff, mentors, and professional instructors, Leadership Academy participants developed a wide range of skills, including media training, strategic planning, political advocacy and an expanded knowledge of Colorado’s real estate industry.

“The Leadership Academy is a vigorous year-long program that requires long hours and substantial dedication on the part of each participant. Graduates are the future leaders of CAR and each one has demonstrated a strong commitment to the REALTOR® profession in Colorado,” said CAR Chair Justin Knoll. “This year’s graduates will continue to make impressive contributions in their communities and state for years to come. I offer my heartfelt congratulations on their achievement.”
