Announcing Two New NAR Directors
We are proud to announce the new representatives DMAR has chosen to serve the Association on the national level: Steve Thayer will be serving a two-year term and Justin Knoll will be serving a one-year term. We have no doubts that they will do a fantastic job in their new roles!
About Steve Thayer
Steve Thayer is the Broker/Owner of The Thayer Group of Keller Williams Action Realty, LLC in Castle Rock. As a residential and commercial real estate agent, Steve prides himself on his community involvement, civic-mindedness, honesty and communication with his clients. Steve believes that buying and/or selling a home can be extremely stressful and works diligently with his team to alleviate any unnecessary stress or confusion. In 2015, he received the Douglas Elbert REALTOR® Association's REALTOR® of the Year Award. He also served as DMAR Chair (2017 - 2018).
About Justin Knoll
As a fourth-generation REALTOR® and Denver native, Justin has been a fixture in the metro area real estate market for nearly two decades. He was recognized as the Young Professional Network State Member of the Year in 2012, after serving as the YPN State President in 2011, and was selected as the DMAR REALTOR® of the Year in 2013. In 2014, The Knoll Team moved to Madison & Company, where Justin was hired as the President of the company. In the summer of 2019, Justin launched Knoll Coaching and Consulting, a firm focused on the development of REALTORS® and strategic planning for Brokerages and Associations around the region. Justin currently serves as the Chair of the Colorado Association of REALTORS® and serves the National Association of REALTORS® on different Committees.
