New Monthly Series: DMAR Builder Day

Beginning this month, we will be hosting a monthly opportunity to bridge the gap between builders and REALTORS®.

Get excited for a new member-only series starting this month!

DMAR Builder Day offers members an opportunity to learn about new builds in Denver as well as strengthen the bond between REALTORS®️ and home builders.

One day each month members will be able to visit a different new build location to view models in person, have their questions answered and get general contact info. These visits do not require registration or RSVP, so as long as you're a DMAR member, you'll be welcomed at the door.

Our first DMAR Builder Day is February 25th (learn more here) and will be hosted by McStain Neighborhoods. They will be ready for your visits at three locations across Metro Denver (Aurora, Erie and Longmont). Don't forget to leave them a business card to be entered into a raffle for a two-night stay at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center.

This is an opportunity for the proactive REALTOR®️​ to get a few steps ahead of the competition.
