Tell us about your experience in the real estate industry?
As the Director of Business Development for RE/MAX Alliance, I've relied on my 30 plus years of real estate experience to help my team continue to be successful. My passion lies in coaching, training and supporting real estate agents in meeting and exceeding their highest goals and realizing their biggest dreams. I have enjoyed serving as a volunteer with the local, state, and national REALTOR® Associations.
How would you describe the Excellence Awards Committee?
The committee is responsible for reviewing the Excellence Awards policies and procedures, and recommends any revisions in criteria for applications and awards. Additionally, the committee assists in the promotion and production of the event.
Why did you choose to be a part of this committee?
Celebrating the successes of our industry professionals is one of my passions. Many who I have trained are on the list of award winners year after year, which is very rewarding to see!
