Tell us about your experience in the real estate industry. 

I have been practicing real estate since 1984. During this time I was affiliated with Van Schaack & CO. and later with RE/MAX and Coldwell Banker as a managing broker for 12 years. Afterward, I went on to be General Manager of seven offices for Keller Williams until my current position as Broker Owner of Garr Group Real Estate of Keller Williams.

How would you describe the Grievance Committee? 

The Grievance Committee reviews complaints from both REALTORS®, homebuyers and sellers to determine if there has been a violation of ethics.

Why did you choose to be a part of this committee? 

I feel very strongly about keeping the practices and ethics of today's REALTORS® to their highest level of professionalism and knowledge.
