December Licensee Renewal Reminder
If your license expires in December, the Division is asking licensees to renew as early as possible this year, as there are approximately 28,000 licensees attempting to renew a license that expires on December 31st. Phone volume will be unusually heavy during the last 2 weeks of the year, and you will likely experience longer hold times. Please note that real estate brokers and real estate appraisers have a 31 day grace period from the date of license expiration for renewal. Mortgage loan originators do not have a grace period for renewal and must have submitted a renewal in both NMLS and Colorado’s licensing database on or before December 31st. Submit Renewal
