Fed will keep interest rates low until economy recovers
The Federal Reserve left its overnight lending rate unchanged on Wednesday, and said it expects to keep interest rates low until labor market conditions and inflation hit the Federal Open Market Committee‘s standards of maximum employment and inflation moderately exceeding 2% for some time. Home-Builder Confidence Slips From Record High in December, as Buyers Get Cold Feet
The National Association of Home Builders’ monthly confidence index dropped four points to a reading of 86 in December, the trade group said. This was the first time that the index had dropped after three consecutive months of record highs. Even with December’s decline, the figure represents the second-highest reading in the index’s history. Read More

Since 2016, Seamless Inspection has provided hundreds of comprehensive home inspections, many with radon tests and sewer scopes. Because we have multiple inspectors, we move quickly so that inspection deadlines can be met.
