We Need Your Help: Fundraiser for the Family of Liya Taylor

You may have heard about the tragic story of Liya Taylor, a Denver native who lost her life last week, just days before she was to close on her house for her three kids (ages 11, 18 and 22). Tragically, one of the main reasons for the family moving was to relocate the youngest child from a school where he suffered ongoing bullying. Now these kids are without a mother and without a place to call home.

Compass agent Rachel Kennedy created a GoFundMe and in just a couple of weeks has raised over $100k! The goal is to raise $400,000. Rachel is an incredible example of how the role of a real estate agent goes above and beyond the transaction.

Now more than ever, we are asking the DMAR community to come together to donate and spread the word about this fundraiser. Please consider donating what you can and sharing this with your spheres.
