DMAR Board Elects 2026-2027 President-Elect and Treasurer
At our June 11 meeting, the DMAR Board of Directors elected two Realtros® leaders to serve in key officer positions beginning December 1, 2026. Please join us in congratulating Cooper Thayer, who was elected as 2026-2027 President-Elect, and Nick DiPasquale, who was elected as 2026-2027 Treasurer.
Cooper Thayer Elected 2026-2027 President-Elect
Cooper Thayer currently serves as the 2025-2026 Treasurer of the DMAR Board of Directors. Throughout his involvement with the association, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing the real estate profession and advocating for REALTORS® at the local and state levels. In addition to his role on the Board, Cooper serves as Chair of DMAR's Audit & Investment Committee and is a member of both the Government Affairs Committee and Member Benefits Task Force. He is a Realtor® with The Thayer Group at Keller Williams Action Realty in Castle Rock.
Beyond DMAR, Cooper is actively involved with the Colorado Association of Realtors® (CAR), where he currently serves as the Market Spokesperson for Denver and Douglas Counties and is a member of both the Legislative Policy Committee (LPC) and the Colorado Association Political Action Committee (CARPAC).
A recognized voice in Colorado real estate, Cooper has been featured as a keynote speaker at events including the CAR Economic Summit and the Colorado Association of Tax Appraisers (CATA) Annual Conference. He regularly provides market insights and legislative expertise to policymakers, task forces and legislative committees at the State Capitol. His analysis has been featured in numerous media outlets, including The Denver Post, Denver Business Journal, ABC Denver 7 and The Colorado Sun.
Nick DiPasquale Elected 2026-2027 Treasurer
Nick DiPasquale currently serves as a Director on the DMAR Board of Directors and is a member of the DMAR Market Trends Committee. His leadership extends to CAR, where he serves on both the Insight Advisory Committee and the Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Nick is also a graduate of the 2026 CAR Leadership Academy, reflecting his dedication to professional growth and industry leadership.
Nick is the Broker Owner of Nookhaven Homes. After leaving corporate life in 2019, he built a career centered on helping people navigate one of life's most important decisions through real estate. That passion for relationship-building, problem-solving and client service ultimately led him to co-found Nookhaven Homes in 2025.
