Thank you for your membership with DMAR. We know you have a choice of which Association you belong to, and we are truly thankful to have you as part of the DMAR family. We've got a lot of exciting new developments underway and can't wait for you to be part of them.

As a reminder, DMAR membership bills were sent out in August. We don't want anyone to miss these (and be stuck with late fees) so please be sure to check your email and renew by Thursday, September 30th. Please note, a late fee will be assessed for all payments made after October 17, 2021.

By eliminating overhead and relying on his dedicated volunteers, Bell has turned Food for Thought into a powerhouse, with 497,205 backpacks of food delivered to date, which means almost 4 million meals. Vote Now

Home Sales Slip as Buyers Reevaluate Their Home Search
Some home buyers have decided to put their search on hold as asking prices continue to increase. Existing-home sales—which reflects completed transactions for single-family homes, townhomes, condos and co-ops—dropped 2% on a seasonally adjusted annual rate from July to August. Sales are down 1.5% compared to a year ago, the National Association of Realtors® reported Wednesday. All four major regions of the U.S. posted declines in existing-home sales last month. Read More
