Inventory hits bottom as Denver realtors predict seller’s market in 2022
Denver-area realtors are expecting next year to be a seller’s market after the latest monthly market report showed a 34% annualized decrease in inventory. According to the November market report, Denver had just 2,248 active listings at the end of the month, a record low for the metro area. Meanwhile, the average days that homes spend on the market has dropped nearly 32% to 15 days.
