Quarterly Member Report | 2026 Q2

The second quarter of 2026 was an exciting and impactful one for DMAR. From developing a new three-year strategic vision to expanding member programs, advocating for the real estate industry and strengthening connections across our community, Q2 was focused on building an even stronger future for our members.

Inside the report, you'll find highlights from April through June, including:

  • Development of DMAR's new 2026–2029 Strategic Plan centered around our four strategic pillars: Connect, Elevate, Advocate and Lead.
  • The launch of our first DMAR Pop-In, bringing the association directly into broker offices to connect with members where they work.
  • New member and consumer resources, including enhancements to the complimentary FOREWARN member benefit and the launch of our Homeownership & Housing Assistance Programs webpage.
  • Realtor® advocacy efforts, including DMAR's endorsed candidates, participation in the National Association of Realtors® Legislative Meetings and national recognition for DMAR member John Lucero.
  • Community outreach, networking events and leadership initiatives designed to strengthen both our membership and the communities we serve.

The report also includes our Q2 RPAC & Advocacy Impact Snapshot, highlighting the advocacy work made possible through member investment in RPAC. From legislative engagement and political advocacy to fundraising progress and member participation, the snapshot demonstrates how Realtors® are working together to protect private property rights and promote policies that support homeownership across Colorado.

Together, these accomplishments reflect DMAR's commitment to delivering exceptional member value while advancing the Realtor® profession throughout the Denver metro area.
