Vote No on Lakewood Question 200!

On July 2nd, Lakewood residents will have the opportunity to vote on Question 200, a ballot initiative that would limit the City’s residential growth to 1% annually.

On July 2nd, Lakewood residents will have the opportunity to vote on Question 200, a ballot initiative that would limit the City’s residential growth to 1 percent annually. While growth is a challenge in Lakewood and the Metro Area, an anti-housing initiative filled with unintended consequences is not the solution. Here at DMAR, we work tirelessly to ensure that every individual has the opportunity to experience homeownership and the American dream. Unfortunately, Question 200 is a poorly disguised piece of legislation intended to price hardworking individuals and families out of Lakewood.

For this reason, DMAR strongly encourages its Lakewood members to Vote No on 200 this July 2nd!
