Young Professionals Destined for Excellence

Every month, YPN hosts an array of programs to help educate and engage young professionals. Their most popular program is YPN Connect, an hour and a half meeting every second Wednesday of the month. YPN's Task Force thoughtfully puts together a schedule for Connect meetings consisting of captivating guest speakers who cover topics relevant to newer agents and their professional development...and it's having a profound impact! 

During DMAR's 39th Annual Denver Metro REALTORS® Excellence Awards, over 150 young professionals were recognized as top industry producers. Excellence Awards is the summit of real estate achievement in metro Denver and honors only the highest performing real estate professionals of the year.

In acknowledgement of their hard work, YPN launched its Lunch with an Icon series where every quarter, an intimate group is selected from the list of honorees to attend a private lunch with a real estate icon. The series kicked-off with Liz Richards, top-producing broker of Kentwood Real Estate, who shared valuable insight on her successes in the Denver metro market. 

As the real estate industry continues to evolve, DMAR's YPN sets out to ensure young professionals’ voices are heard and pathways are made available for ambitious individuals seeking roles in leadership.
